About the Host: Troy Snead
Troy Snead is the founder of Dialysis Disciples and the creator of Dialysis Reset.
After more than 25 years of kidney disease, two kidney transplants, three battles with cancer, and many years on dialysis, Troy understands what it feels like for treatment to slowly take over your identity, your schedule, and your sense of future.
For 14 years, he lived in what he now calls Dialysis Drift—moving from treatment to treatment, surviving but no longer feeling fully connected to his own life.
A spiritual turning point awakened Troy to the truth that dialysis was part of his story, but it was never supposed to become his entire identity.
Today, Troy helps kidney warriors take back what dialysis has stolen from them and begin building lives that no longer revolve entirely around treatment.
